who operates Plate

Plate is operated by Efe Bakır and Gülenay Atmaca.

waitlist email

When you join the waitlist, we collect the email address you enter so we can contact you about beta places and product research. We do not sell the address or use it for unrelated marketing.

Netlify serves this website. Supabase receives and stores the waitlist submission. The website does not use advertising trackers. Optional analytics is described below.

optional analytics

Google Analytics is not currently enabled. If enabled, we will ask first and load it only after you choose Allow analytics. You can change your choice using Cookie preferences. Declining will not affect the waitlist.

With your permission, analytics measures page visits and completed waitlist signups. We do not send your email address or form contents to Google. Only predefined campaign labels (such as Instagram or YouTube launch links) are used; unrecognized or missing labels remain unknown. We do not send full query strings, fragments or referring URLs to Google. With analytics consent, a campaign label may also be stored with your waitlist signup under the same retention and deletion rules as your email. Declining leaves signup attribution unknown. Your choice is stored in this browser for up to six months. A short-lived visit record in this tab prevents repeat counting across pages. Withdrawing consent stops future analytics and clears this browser’s analytics cookies and visit record; it does not erase previously collected records.

retention and deletion

Waiting, invited, bounced and suppressed waitlist records are deleted 12 months after collection. We handle valid deletion requests immediately by removing the reviewed live waitlist record.

current iPhone beta

The current beta stores your personal diary on your iPhone. Cloud sync is not connected. Friends and Discovery use sample content and are not a live sharing network.

The beta records limited local measurement events such as opening an older plate. It does not put the photo, title, note or other diary content into those events.

interview booking

When the interview section comes near your screen, this website loads an embedded Calendly booking page. Calendly may receive information from your browser and handles the booking details you provide under its own privacy terms. You can also open the booking page directly.
